Tracy Womack has been a member of the WSA team since 2008. As a relocation expert, she specializes in residential new construction, as well as commercial development, sales and leasing.

Tracy is a graduate of the University of Mobile with a degree in Business. A former small business owner, Tracy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama Association of Realtors, Baldwin County Association of Realtors and the Mobile Area Association of Realtors.

Tracy is married to Sean Womack and they have two children, Caroline and Colin. The Womacks are members of East Pointe Baptist Church in Spanish Fort, AL. Tracy is an active member of the Junior League of Mobile, Board Member of Eastern Shore Women’s Ministry and volunteers regularly with the Prodisee Pantry, Homeless Coalition and Disaster Relief. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and fishing.
