Kevin Carter embodies longevity and practicality in his real estate career for WSA. Carter entered the real estate profession in 1985 after attending Birmingham-Southern College. Since that time, he has explored and become proficient in all areas of commercial real estate, including sales, leasing and development.

Kevin is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors and the Mobile Area Association of Realtors.

Kevin is active in The Servant Heart Emmaus Community, the Young Life Board, and is a member at Dauphin Way United Methodist Church.
